My personal training story began in the year 2000 after a slow recovery from a road traffic accident involving a truck driver and a cyclist. Unfortunately I was the cyclist. After a year of unsuccessful orthopaedic rehabilitation I’ve realised that I had to look for other alternatives.
My first course in personal training, physical rehabilitation and sports massage started In Liverpool with Premier Training. I did start training my clients at Peak Fitness In London with outstanding results. My passion for health, fitness and nutrition encouraged me to learn more.In 2001 I flew to till California for an inters hip course with one of the best trainers in the world; Alwin Cosgrove and started my C.H.E.K courses in the UK In 2002.
My approach to training is through addressing muscle imbalances initially Identifying the root cause which has been proven to achieve your goals rapidly in minimizing the risk of injury. You will be amazed at what we can achieve together!
Working in the fitness industry for over 10 years, I have made a name for myself through my personal training results, as well as teaching ability. I have experience from working with children right through to the elderly, and everybody in between. I communicate and motivate exceptionally well, and have the skills and the knowledge to help anyone achieve their personal goals.
I pride myself by helping others take control of their lives both mentally and physically and have helped many people get up and running on the road to personal fitness. Who knows what you'll be able to achieve with a kick-start in the right direction!
